(As well as the classes themselves, you'll receive a text book "HypnoBirthing®: A Celebration Of Life", an affirmations and relaxation CD and class handouts, all of which are included in the price.)

Group classes; £200 per couple (maximum 3 couples per group)

Private classes available in the privacy and convenience of your own home : £350

Buddy up: got a friend or relative who is pregnant too? Want to do the classes together in the convenience of your home?: £300 per couple.

Government grant of £190 available to everyone (due to be abolished in April 2011)

If your baby's due date is on or after 6th April 2009, and you're 25 weeks pregnant or more, you're entitled to a £190 grant (in other words, free money you don't have to pay back) to help prepare for the birth of your baby.
